Deep breath...refocus....smile...happy thoughts...pray! I am having one of those UGGGGHHHH afternoons. Everything is getting on my nerves and I don't know why!
Funny thing...I got taken away from the computer and am finally back 4 hours later and I feel MUCH better!
What changed? My husband got home...and we chatted..it was great after not seeing him all day. I went to exercise...that definitely helped!
It goes to prove a bad day, bad mood or frustrating situation doesn't have to stay...take a new direction, distract yourselves and see what happens! It worked for me today!
